In Matthew 22:36-37 Jesus identifies worship as our first priority. 

 

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with
all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. 

 

In the Vineyard, from its very beginnings, we have made “worship our highest priority, believing that it is God’s desire that we become, first, worshippers of God” (John Wimber).

Worship is key to everything we do in Geelong Vineyard Church. We believe that we are called to live lives of worship to God, and we love to express them in all areas of GVC church life and especially when we come to worship through song. 

 

We believe that when we gather and pour out our love and adoration of God in worship, we experience His presence as He graciously meets and ministers to us.
